FSE’s Wildland Firefighter Training is underway for the 2025 Season!
FSE is a professional private contractor with over 38-years in the industry. FSE provides 20-person hand crews as well as Type 6 Engines; as resources under government contracts to respond to incidents such as wildland fire suppression. We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented members to join our team.

Our project management team will manage your incident with cost effective response from the emergency response phase through regulatory reporting to site closure, ensuring the job is done right the first time, enabling our client to continue business with minimal interruption.
Professional Wildland Fire Response Services
First Strike Environmental Co (FSE) response teams are available Nationally, 24 hours for incident and emergency response services. Today, FSE has successfully progressed with the wildland fire industry and now offer the many wildland fire resources through our various awarded Federal and State contracts and agreements with the USDA U.S. Forest Service (USDS USFS), the Bureau of Land Management – OR/WA (BLM-OR/WA), and the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF).
FSE Government Contracts And Agreements
FSE holds a variety of contracts and agreements with government entities like US Forest Service (USFS), US Coast Guard (USCG) and Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF). We provide a variety of professional resources and specialized equipment on an as-needed basis to our federal, state and local agencies. FSE is authorized and available to accept dispatches to preform response services, relief services and emergency services associated with any wildland fire, disaster, hurricane, flooding, storm, earthquake or other emergency incidents that have had or have an adverse impact on the North American continent or outlying island or territories. FSE provides one-stop services coordinated through FSE’s 24-hour dispatch center upon government request.
